Shoot down airgun thugs

The number of airgun attacks on animals in the UK has reached a fiveyear high.

The RSPCA has already received more than 470 calls about such incidents in the first six months of the year, compared to 455 during the same period in 2016. Airgun thugs currently face six months in prison and/or a €20,000 fine if they deliberately hurt an animal.

The RSPCA wants stricter laws.
