A new batch of celebrity housemates have entered the Big Brother house and already bookies have shortened odds on Gogglebox’s Sandi Bogle. Sandi replaced Shaun Williamson as early favourite after a secret launch night task. Meanwhile ex-hollyoaks star Paul Danan set off the fire alarm, Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding spoke about her toxic relationship and glamour model Jemma Lucy talked about falling for a girl. This year’s line-up is little more than a sorry collection of serial reality show ‘stars’ and panto villains. Paul Danan was last seen on Hollyoaks in 2001. In 2005 he resurfaced as a contestant on the first series of Celebrity Love Island. Jemma Lucy shot to fame after appearing in reality show Ex on the Beach. She also appeared in Brat Camp in 2005. Amelia Lily finished third on the X Factor series in 2011 and joined the cast of American Idiot the musical four years later playing the part of ‘Whatsername’ – couldn’t have put it better myself. And back at the BB ranch two more reality stars – Made In Chelsea’s Sam Thompson and US reality star Chad Johnson – discussed the X-rated messages they get from fans. Sam told Chad: “I get a lot less people sliding into my DMS than you do. I get dudes! I get c**k shots.” Chad replied: “I get girls soaping their a***s. I don’t know how they were holding their phones!”
