Taylor Swift in clear over ‘groper’ DJ
THE “bottom grope” DJ who accused Taylor Swift of wrecking his career has had his case thrown out.
A US judge ruled there was insufficient evidence to prove the star planned for David Mueller to lose his job after she claimed he groped her “bare ass cheek” at a photo op.
Ex-country radio host Mueller said Taylor, 27, her mother Andrea Swift and her radio handler had sabotaged his €125,000-ayear job and he wanted €2.5million in damages.
A jury will decide on a verdict for her mother and radio handler.
Swift last week told the court he groped her “bare ass cheek” and said his actions were “despicable”.
The singer is countersuing him for assault and is claiming €840,000.
