ENGLAND women’s coach Simon Middleton has made 10 changes to his starting side for today’s second World Cup game against Italy in Dublin.

Centre Emily Scarratt will lead the team and prop Rochelle Clark is recalled for her 126th cap after both started on the bench in Wednesday’s 56-5 demolition of Spain.

Middleton is expected to name his strongest available team for the final pool match against USA on Thursday.

He said: “We want to take full advantage of the depth, talent and experience in the squad.”
