Three hurt in single vehicle road smash

THREE young men were injured in a serious crash early yesterday.

Gardai appealed for witnesses after a man was badly hurt on Drynam Road in Swords, North Co Dublin, at 2am.

The 24-year-old front seat passenger was taken to Beaumont Hospital.

Two other men, aged 21 and 20, suffered minor injuries in the singlevehicle crash.

The road was closed for examination by Garda Forensic investigators and reopened later.
