Rebecca on board not to discuss the case publicly. But Tracie says she continues to be inundated with accusations.

She goes on: “I was thrown to the wolves. Disney said a rogue wave knocked her off the ship. I believe that is bulls**t. I never thought I’d still be dealing with this six years later. People thought there was something sinister going on but I never left that room.

“It was traumatic. I lost my first love. I never had chance to mourn her. Now I have a wonderful husband and a beautiful child, but people have this perception of me that isn’t true. I just want to clear my name. I have nothing to hide.”

Yesterday Rebecca’s mum said they were unable to comment on the case. Disney were asked to comment but did not respond before we went to press.

Why is there no CCTV of the moment Rebecca fell off the ship?

How was she swept overboard? No freak waves were reported in the area that night and the sides of Deck 5, which is 90ft above sea level and where she reportedly died, are 6ft high.

Why did Disney only call police from the Bahamas? Why were so few passengers and crew quizzed? Why did British police never investigate? Why did Disney want to settle out of court? Rebecca Why did Disney never release full CCTV from that night?
