This dates from April 24, 1900 and is probably worth €55-plus – though an in-person inspection is crucial when looking at old newspapers. The first edition of The Daily Mirror, on November 2, 1903, is usually worth four times that in tip-top condition – while the Mirror’s famous Man on the Moon issue from Mirror 1969 makes €270 or more. It’s just a few days since the 40th anniversary of Elvis Presley’s death and if you have a copy of the Mirror from August 17, 1977 you would be looking at a value of €325 or so.
