Roo’s last chance...

RONALD KOEMAN will dump Wayne Rooney on the transfer list if the former England skipper steps out of line again.

The furious Dutch boss will warn the striker there will be no more second chances for him at Goodison after he was charged with drink driving on Friday.

Koeman laid down the law before agreeing to the club’s venture to bring back the Manchester United star to Merseyside. Koeman had concerns over Rooney’s drinking habits. In a frank discussion before Rooney put pen to paper, Koeman demanded that there would be no more booze-fuelled antics.

He wanted Rooney to act as a mentor to the club’s young players.

That mandate has gone up in smoke after Rooney was stopped by police near his Cheshire home in the early hours of Friday.

Now Koeman (above), will leave Rooney in no doubt the 31-year-old is drinking in the last chance saloon.
