KIM Jong-un waves cheerfully as he’s flanked by loyal members of the youth league of the Korean People’s Army in Pyongyang. Meanwhile, following increasing threats from the North Korean leader, US President Donald Trump has agreed that South Korea should be allowed to increase its number of ballistic missiles. A joint treaty capping the developmen­t of the South’s armoury is expected to be relaxed. Following talks with South Korean President Moon Jae-in, a spokesman said: “The two leaders agreed to the principle of revising the missile guideline.”
