MY PERFECT SUNDAY

I would start with a lovely long lie-in because my daughters, aged six and three, love to get up early.

We’d go for a delicious brunch out somewhere. My absolute fave is smoked salmon and scrambled eggs with thick toasted farmhouse bread.

Next we’d have a lovely long walk on the heath in Hampstead or one of the gorgeous parks we have nearby, then off to friends or back to ours for a cuppa.

Our friends mostly have children the same age so it’s always lovely when we all get together.

Food is a big part of our weekends.

We tend to meet friends for a late lunch and have some kind of Asian food the girls love rice and noodles at the moment.

For dinner I’d have a big glass of wine with my husband Alex and a light alfresco dinner – perhaps delicious cheese and olives, ham and lots of picky food – in the garden.

Then I’d curl up on the sofa and watch a movie with a big cup of tea. I’m a tea addict!
