A SHOP boss got his holiday off to the perfect start after learning he had sold a €500,000 Euromillions Plus ticket in Friday’s €190million draw.

Lance O’neill, owner of Barrys Mace in Blackwater, Ardnacrusha, Co Clare, was in Barcelona when he was also told the jackpot had been won in Spain.
