TV Mary: I’ve never eaten a takeaway
Mary Berry COOKERY queen Mary Berry has never had a takeaway and makes her hubby’s dinner every night.
But the TV chef, 82, admits to picking up an M&S meal for two.
She said: “I’ve never had a takeaway. I’d have to go and fetch it.
“I will go into M&S on my way home and buy a £10 meal. That to me is more fun than a takeaway.”
Mary says husband Paul never cooks for her – except a “very good” omelette if she is ill.
She reckons it is “absolutely wonderful” how her own children’s generation share all the chores.
