Jade: I hardly ever touch bass with boyfriend LITTLE Mix’s Jade Thirlwall says she doesn’t get to Strut her stuff with boyfriend Jed Elliott – because they’re both away so much.
Jed, 26, is bassist with Brit rockers The Struts, who are touring the US, supporting the Foo Fighters.
Meanwhile Little Mix, currently on a UK tour, have also been gallivanting around the world delighting fans.
Jade, 24, reckons: “It’s s***. We never see each other”.
The singer has been dating Jed for two years – but hopes there’ll be No More Sad Songs come Christmas, when they plan on getting together again.
Jade tells me: “We’ve been together two years but it feels like we’ve only just started going out. “We never see each other. It’s been a bit s*** I must admit.” Speaking at the Attitude Awards at London’s Roundhouse, Jade adds: “I’m going to try to see him over Christmas. “He’s coming up north. We do so much unpacking and travelling, we just want to be a normal couple and stay home and chill.”
The pair got together last month for Jed’s birthday and earlier snatched a weekend in LA – when Jade dragged him to see Ru Paul.
She adds: “He loves it when I take him to things like that.” Defo a keeper…
