Stroppy Danniella too much for Lucy TV3 host cuts short visit
suffering a miscarriage. Admitting a drug relapse she said: “We’re not together now. “It took quite a lot of toll on us between it and the stalker and other things… I went back to using. I’m not saying I’m 100% perfect but I’m a lot better than I was six months ago. And I’m not saying I’ll never use again… I can’t say that.”
But despite a good start and a frank exchange of view points things take a turn for the worse when Danniella wakes up in a bad mood the next day.
She meets up with scouse pal Ryan at a pool party and refuses to leave at the agreed time, opting to take off her mic and stay for a performance by rapper Tinie Tempah instead. The pair then take off for a night on the town and things get worse the next day when a boat trip has to be axed.
A stony-faced Danniella sits mute in a cafe before bursting into tears.
She said: “I still haven’t got my point across. I felt I opened up… I thought we’d covered ground and today we could cover it in a proper way.” Things get frosty after Lucy responds by Danniella and Lucy
telling her she’s “not a therapist” and added: “I have to make that moral decision not to let you tell me too much.”
The pair mutually agree to end the visit early and Danniella tells her: “Good luck with your next victim.”
