INGS CAN ONLY GET BETTER...

- BY NEIL MOXLEY

LIVERPOOL will listen to loan offers for Danny Ings – if he can’t force his way into Jurgen Klopp’s plans.

The Reds will allow the injury-hit forward to leave in the New Year as the former Burnley man wants to launch a late bid to join England’s World Cup party.

Klopp is a fan of the 25-year-old striker (above with the Kop boss), who is now back to full fitness.

But after missing almost two seasons with a knee injury, it will be hard for him to make an instant return.

Ings attracted interest from the Championship in the summer but he wants to stay in the Premier League and see if he can force his way on to the plane to Russia.

Newcastle have a longstanding interest, but Southampton, Watford and Crystal Palace would also be in the reckoning should Liverpool give the green light to a loan.
