KOP TARGET STAR ZECA AFTER ROW

LIVERPOOL target Zeca is set to take Brazilian club Santos to court in a bid to get his contract cancelled.

The 23-year-old defender has mounted a legal claim against Santos that alleges he is owed money and has been threatened by fans.

And Liverpool could resurrect their interest in Zeca if he wins his case.

The Reds were monitoring Zeca a year ago – but pulled the plug because the Brazil Under-21 international was not eligible for a work permit.

But the left-back, who helped Brazil win gold at the 2016 Olympics in Rio, now has an Italian passport and is eligible for a move to Europe.
