She heals Ronnie rift and babysits

But Ronnie Wood and ex Jo, 62, below, are now so close she has babysat for the Rolling Stone’s one-year-old twin girls.

They split in 2009 after 24 years of marriage and Ronnie, 70, is now married to actress and theatre producer Sally Humphreys, 39, inset. And Jo’s artist brother Paul Karslake says the once-warring families are “happier than ever”.

He tells me: “My sister was babysitting for the twins the other night. It’s lovely. You don’t want animosity. Ronnie also went to Jo’s house recently for fire- works night and for Halloween. The bridges have been built.” Paul, 60, toured with Ronnie and Keith Richards, 73, when they formed The New Barbarians in 1979. Since then, he has become an awardwinning artist and painted everyone from the Rolling Stones to George Michael. His new exhibition is at Karslake Studios in Leigh-on-sea. Paul introduced Johnny Depp, 54, to Keith and the actor based his Pirates of the Caribbean character on Paul’s depiction of the rocker, left. And he reveals Keith can be as scary as his cameo character in the pirates films – if you mess with his food. Paul adds: “If you touch his shepherd’s pie, you are dead. “He nearly stopped a Stones show once because someone broke the crust on his shepherd’s pie. That’s all he eats.”
