9 Christians die in Egypt ISIS attacks
NINE people have been killed in two attacks on Coptic Christians in Egypt.
Six civilians and a policeman died when a gunman tried to storm a church in the Helwan district, south of Cairo.
The interior ministry said he was intercepted and arrested.
It added the man had previously attacked a Coptic-owned shop in the same area, killing two brothers.
ISIS claimed its “soldiers” carried out the assault on the church.
The ministry said: “The security forces have dealt with the attacker and managed to arrest him after he was injured.”
