576 student homes part of site plans

A MASSIVE mixed-use development to include 576 residential spaces for students is in the pipeline.

Cairn Homes has submitted a planning application to An Bord Pleanala for the Stillorgan, South Dublin, project.

The 1,345 hectare site will include 103 residential apartments.

There are also plans for shops, restaurants, cafes and a community sports hall.

The development will be located on the Lower Kilmacud Road the Stillorgan Road and The Hill.

There will be four buildings within the complex.
