Sam’s Town (vinyl) While 2004 debut Hot Fuss made Ireland fall for The Killers, their second album in 2006 made the relationsh­ip a longlastin­g one. The Nevada rockers made a bold move, switching from 80s pop-synth to a more 70s Americana sound. No one could deny the singalong appeal of When You Were Young, while Read My Mind, For Reasons Unknown and Bones have stood the test of time.
