Miracle escape as car slips off road
THIS dramatic picture shows a car crash on a busy road which, amazingly, saw the occupants escape injury.
The smash happened just before 9am yesterday on the Dungarvan/ Killarney Road, between Fermoy and Ballyhooly in Co Cork. Gardai shared a picture online showing the extent of the damage.
A spokesman said: “Emergency services attended a road traffic collision earlier this morning between Fermoy and Ballyhooly. The occupants had a lucky escape.
“The roads may appear safe but with black ice you never can tell.”
