Chelsea’s old players ‘back racism claim’
EX-CHELSEA striker Leon Knight says fellow former players have backed racism claims against the club.
Former England under-20 player Knight, 35, said an online group messaging chat revealed disturbing memories from their time with Chelsea.
He said: “On my life, I’m in a group chat with some ex Chelsea’s lads and what’s being remembered is actually shocking.”
Three ex-players are set to sue the club over alleged racist abuse by former staff Graham Rix, 60, and Gwyn Williams, 68, which the pair deny.
