Mixed fortunes after limelight

-

THE Spice Girls initially set up individual accounts to handle their millions – but 20 years on the funds are not as full.

Latest accounts for Mel C’s company Red Girl Productions show it had €843,000 while two related firms, Red Girl Touring and Red Girl Records, are a combined £1,130,000 in the red. But she is said to be worth €30million.

Mel B’s Moneyspider Productions has just €1,809, down on the €16,000 it held in 2015. Posh’s fashion label Victoria Beckham Limited posted a loss of €9.6m in 2016 after losing €5.3m in 2015.

Geri’s Wonderful Productions – which is believed to no longer be trading – holds €5,200, down on €18,885 in 2015.

But Emma’s company paid her £1.8m in dividends last year. Between them, they have Octopus Direct, which had €11,900, and Spice Girls Limited, which held €123,000 as of August 2016.
