Minogue glad Kylie v Kylie fight is over
Kylie Minogue KYLIE Minogue has spoken about winning a trademark battle against reality star Kylie Jenner.
The Australian singer won a legal case last year that was sparked after Jenner, 20, filed an application to trademark her name in 2014.
Kylie, 49, told Rolling Stone magazine: “I’ve never met Kylie Jenner.
“It’s awkward, because fans get so loyal and vocal, and we love that! But it was nothing personal at all, I’m at pains to say
“Trademark is long, it’s boring, it’s expensive, and it’s really important. I’ve been doing that for years and years.
