Poch Spice nightmare

AS if Mauricio Pochettino didn’t have enough to think about this week... the Spice Girls have reformed.

For a few years now, the Argentine had bravely disregarded the media’s lazy penchant for “Poch spice” headlines.

But those pesky headline writers will feel they have carte blanche now that Mrs Beckham has rejoined her old BFFS (well, she needed something to do now ’Im Indoors will be mostly in Miami).

And it happens when the Tottenham boss has one of his most exacting weeks of the season – with all his games on TV.

This afternoon, the Hotspurs travel to Anfield – not so easy; on Wednesday night, they replay their FA Cup tie against Newport – oh, come on!; and on Saturday they take on the old enemy – PEA and new-deal Ozil... hmmm.

So, as Five Become One rubbish girl group again, Poch could at least show us he’s more than just a Wannabe.
