Fifty Shades whipping up over €800m

The third in the series, Fifty Shades Freed, opens in cinemas on St Valentine’s Day.
Romantics just can’t get enough of the love story between Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele.
Based on the novels by EL James, the movies star Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson in the lead roles.
Statistics from Deadline show Fifty Shades Freed opened with €20million including previews on February 7.
This pushes the global box office take for the bondage flicks to around €808million before the third installment’s general release across 55 countries.
