Laura jailers ‘treating her much better’
Convict Laura BRIT Laura Plummer, who is being held in an Egyptian prison for smuggling painkillers, is being treated much better now, according to her sister.
Jayne Sinclair, 40 – who visited Laura, 33, two days ago – said she looked much healthier.
Laura’s family had thought she would be freed two weeks ago after a presidential pardon, but there was a last-minute hitch with paperwork.
Jayne said: “I saw Laura for about an hour. She looked a lot better this time than when we last saw her. She has her own bed and everyone is being really nice to her.”
