Mum Hina is a hol of a lot better

MUM-OF-TWO Hina Patel is on a high after cancer doctors saved her life.

She had chemo after a bowel tumour was removed on her 20th wedding anniversary.

And doctors have told Hina, from Ruislip, West London, no polyps have grown for a year.

Hina, 51, is due for her next scan in June and, all being well, has lined up a trip to the Maldives.

She says: “I feel like I’ve been given a new lease of life.

“I’m proud to support Cancer Research UK and want to stop cancer being such a taboo word, especially in the Asian community.”
