Rob & Deirdre are joint 7/4 favourites to get the boot

IN DANGER Heffernan DANCING With The Stars is getting down to the wire and things are heating up in the race for the Glitterball Trophy.

Olympic walker Rob Heffernan and actress and comic Deirdre O’kane are joint 7/4 favourites to get the boot.

Rob has been featuring at the lower end of the leaderboard alongside Deirdre, who has made notable improvements.

Neither has faced the dance-off just yet but the odds suggest they will go head to head.

Alannah Beirne narrowly avoided the chop after she won the vote against Marty Morrissey last Sunday, however, there are odds of 9/4 for her to leave the show this week.

Erin Mcgregor, who has also featured in the dance-off, is next in the betting, but at the much larger price of 7/1.

Anna Geary and Jake Carter are joint 9/4 favourites for the Glitterball Trophy as their power struggle continues.

“Anna Geary may have been in the bottom three, but in the outright betting she is in the top two as she shares favouritism with Jake Carter at 9/4.”
