MY PERFECT SUNDAY

- By Mica Paris

I love touring but I miss my home comforts on the road. So my perfect Sunday would be spent at home in London with my two daughters, cooking for them. I love being in the kitchen.

I’d start the day by reading the papers with a coffee. Depending on what the day holds, I’ll either have an espresso or a cappuccino.

It’s the end of the week and you don’t want to start a new one feeling stressed.

In the afternoon, I’d take the dog for a walk in London’s Hyde Park, and then come back and start cooking dinner.

I recently lost more than 2st on the Lighterlife Total Plan and I’m really enjoying cooking from their recipe book. The meals are things we can all eat as a family.

In the evening, I like to have down time and watch a movie with the girls.

I’d spend every day with them if I could but I probably get two Sundays a month to relax at the moment, what with tours, recordings and rehearsals.

It makes me appreciate the relaxed ones that I do get!
