Max left just €220k in will after debts

- BY EMMELINE SAUNDERS

Max Clifford SHAMED PR magnate Max Clifford died up to his eyeballs in debt, leaving €220,000 of his €11.4million fortune in his will.

The disgraced publicist died last December aged 74 while serving an eightyear prison term for sexually assaulting a string of women and teenage girls.

Clifford had changed his will in jail on May 1, 2014, and left the remainder of his dwindling fortune to his daughter Louise, 46.

However, after tax and debts were paid off from his estate, the total amount left for her was just €220,000.

Louise was one of the few people to stand by her father’s side throughout the court case and appeared as a witness for his defence. Stormzy
