Friends Matt: We’re too old for a reunion
Star Matt Leblanc MATT Leblanc says he’ll never do a Friends reunion – because no-one wants to see an old Joey Tribbiani.
He played the struggling actor in the US sitcom for 10 years from 1994 – a role that made him a superstar.
But Matt, 50, reveals: “I don’t want to do it – simple. Put bluntly, I don’t think anybody wants to see an old Joey having a colonoscopy.
“We were a lot younger then and I think that’s how the characters should stay.
“Normally I’d never say never. But in the case of Friends I’d say definitely never.”
Matt – host of BBC’S Top Gear since 2016 – is back for a final series of comedy Episodes this week.
