Trio arrested over burglary & stolen car

THREE men have been arrested in relation to a burglary and stolen vehicle.

During the early hours yesterday, gardai attempted to stop a motor in the Garryowen area of Co Limerick which then took off at speed.

It came to a stop and the occupants fled the scene.

Following a search, a teen and two men in their 20s were arrested.

One of the men has since been charged and appeared before a special sitting of Kilmallock District Court yesterday in relation to the incident.

The other two men remain in custody at Mayorstone Garda station.
