Pupils’ ski-lift rowdescends into punch-up
A GROUP of UK sixthformers were held by cops after getting into a fight at an Austrian ski resort.
The six schoolboys traded punches with a German teenager and his dad, 51, over a chairlift.
Both sides also hit each other with ski poles.
The 16-year-old German boy, said by police to have started the row, was left with a broken arm.
Two of the boys, from Halifax, West Yorks, were quizzed by police but released without charge.
The students, aged 17 and 18, were on a school trip to Obertauern in Salzburger Land.
The school they attend has not been identified.
