My stylish Goblin Teasmade is cream coloured, plastic, has a clock, lights up and comes complete with pots. Oh, and it works, too. Can you give me a value? The automatic tea maker was introduced in 1936 by the Vacuum cleaner firm, Goblin and was often bought as a wedding gift. It’s getting harder to find mint condition examples and they normally fetch around €50. Bizarrely, the early ones were very noisy when boiling and often woke users before the alarm sounded!
