Paddy: Help! I’m on a road to nowhere
TAKE Me Out host Paddy Mcguinness had a picnic date with hundreds of drivers yesterday while trapped on a motorway.
The Road To Nowhere star’s bank holiday plans were scuppered after an oxygen tanker exploded and caused total gridlock.
But he made the most of the M62 meltdown after being handed an ice-cold beer by another passenger.
Paddy, 44, tweeted: “I’ve given my chocolates to the little girl in the car in front and a kind gent is returning the favour with lager! Cheers everyone!”
The dad of three later pointed out the “beautiful” scenery near Manchester, adding: “People starting to have picnics on the central reservation and I’m being serenaded by a stag do. #surreal #bankholiday.”
