Proud mum Vicky replied: “That is already sorted Emma. She is beyond excited.”

Vicky is married to Jim and they also have a son Darragh.

She was awarded €2.5million in a High Court settlement against a US firm after she was not told about an incorrect smear test.

The HSE has offered to pay for the cost of an expensive drug she needs to fight cancer.

Every three weeks Vicky has to get medication that costs €8,300 each time she goes.

Up until now, she has been paying that herself.
