Colgate cash to homeless

WHSMITH is to give €792 it made selling overpriced toothpaste at a hospital to a homelessness charity.

The store at Pinderfields Hospital in Wakefield sold 89 tubes of Colgate for €9 due to “staff error”.

St George’s Crypt, which supports the vulnerable in Leeds, will get the money.
