He’ll leave if I keep this baby

If I tell my boyfriend I’m pregnant, I know he’ll leave me. We have been together for seven years and from the very beginning I’ve known he didn’t want more children.

This pregnancy was an honest mistake. But now I know I am carrying his child, I really want it. I love him, but I know he’ll be tough over this, and probably accuse me of deliberately falling pregnant. So my choice is termination (which I can’t bear) or single motherhood. Or do you think I can talk him round?
