President rejoyces in Bloomsday party fun

Showbiz pal Michael Auger – part of the Collabro troupe which supported 77-year-old Cliff on his concert tour – said: “He has done brilliantly.”

The President was joined by Cormac Griffith and Tommy Baker from Your Man’s Puppet Theatre at the garden party.
Bloomsday is named after fictional character Leopold Bloom, from James Joyce’s Ulysses, and it is celebrated on June 16, the date in 1904 on which the novel is set.
Celebrations include dressing up in the style of the era.
