Sir Elton to take his crazy stage gear on a world exhibition tour

The superstar, 71, may even follow in the footsteps of David Bowie’s sell out clothes exhibition at London’s V&A Museum.

He said: “We are going to have exhibition­s going all around the world. I can’t believe I wore some of those things but I still love them as they are part and parcel of me.”

The show is expected to also include costumes for his upcoming Farewell tour, designed by Gucci.

In January Sir Elton, 70, who has As Jon and Ygritte GAME of Thrones fans finally get their dream wedding, as Kit Harington ties the knot with co-star Rose Leslie. The couple, who met playing doomed lovers Jon Snow and Ygritte in the TV epic, got their happy ending as they exchanged vows yesterday in a tiny church. Then they partied beyond the wall – of the 12th century castle Rose’s family own near Aberdeen. Co-stars Emilia Clarke and Peter Dinklage were there. Stark sisters Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams rocked up in colour co-ordinated outfits that made it a red – and black – wedding. “But it is going to be very useful for my children to see.”

Sir Elton is expected to take husband, David Furnish, 55, Zachary, seven and Elijah, five, along with him on the tour.
