Missing teen ‘did a runner’ from hospital

THE father of missing teenager Damien Cullen has revealed how his son fled hospital after falling ill.

Paddy Cullen admitted the family are increasing­ly worried as the whereabout­s of the 16-year-old remains unknown.

Speaking on KCLR he said: “We had him admitted to St Luke’s in Kilkenny and were going through a process with him. He was very confused.

“He just did a runner. He got outside the hospital and he just ran off. It’s very worrying as he took ill.”

Damien is described as 5ft 6in with a thin build and pale complexion.

When last seen he was wearing a wine-coloured Nike hoody and an orange shirt with grey Nike tracksuit bottoms.
