A dry and crisp easy drinking white with a hint of oak, plus undertones of peach and citrus. Pair this one with a roast chicken, some baked fish or a light summer salad.

Sant Ilia Cabernet Sauvignon, Waitrose

A fruity and spicy red with flavours of blackberries. It’s mediumbodied and could be served slightly chilled if you fancy. Drink it with pasta or with red meat.
