Boy killed in 70ft fall at hol apartments
Thomas Channon A BOY on his first holiday with pals fell to his death at Majorca flats where two other Britons died in the same way this year.
Police said Thomas Channon, 18, tumbled off a balcony at the Magaluf complex. But his friends claim he plunged 70ft from a deadly walkway after stumbling over a wall.
The body of Thomas, from Rhoose, South Wales, was found in the Eden Roc apartments’ gardens next door to his group’s hotel.
His mum and dad have flown out and the other boys’ parents have gone to bring their sons home.
One of the mothers said: “We went to where Thomas fell and the wall is too low.
“Bushes beyond it give the impression a garden is there – but there’s a 70ft drop. Action is needed.” Ramsay
