DARTS Smith proves a World master

MICHAEL SMITH claimed his first World Series title as he won the Shanghai Masters.

The Bully Boy beat world champion Rob Cross 8-2 with an average of 97.03.

Smith said: “I have just won on stage and it feels amazing.

“I was getting doubts that I would get another chance to win a TV title, but I did today.”
