They should hug it out

The only thing to do with a gaping and festering wound is to dress and heal it quickly before it becomes dangerous or even fatal – everyone knows that.

It’s the same for a family rift whoever is at fault. So I’m thrilled that it looks like Meghan is making moves towards healing the rift with her father. They should hug it out and vow to be there for each other.

Perhaps feelings are so hurt and resentments so intense that father and daughter are both treading carefully. But it would be great to see them beat that.
