Electric Light Orchestra Secret Messages ELO’S 1983 album was conceived as a double vinyl. But frontman Jeff Lynne was forced to omit six tracks to deliver a single record for the label, who planned to put it out as the band’s first CD. This 35th anniversary reissue sees it as originally intended for the first time, with Hello My Old Friend and Endless Lies reinstated alongside Rock ‘n’ Roll Is King.
