Strictly curse ‘no threat to Faye’

STRICTLY hopeful Faye Tozer need not fear the show’s love curse because her marriage is solid, says a Steps bandmate. Up to a dozen couples involved with the BBC1 programme have split during its 15 series. But singer Claire Richards, 40, said: “I don’t think Faye has to worry about that. I was at her wedding to second husband Michael Smith in 2009 and she is still very happily married.” Claire also blasted suggestions Faye is too experienced for the show. She said: “It’s a load of nonsense. Just because you are trained in a certain dance doesn’t mean you are good at another.” Faye, 42, is hotly tipped to be in this year’s series.
