There’s howlingly indulgent when you’re a billionaire and then there’s just plain daft. For Tamara Ecclestone, above, has bought her four-year-old daughter Fifi her NINTH puppy, Fluffy. The glee on Fifi’s face was clear as she clutched her tiny companion and beamed to the camera from inside the pet shop.

Tamara flew them to New York to buy the puppy from the same place she bought another dog, Teddy. She posted: “Now the cat’s out the bag or actually the pups out.”
