YORK is the plan for Darren Bunyan’s highclass sprinter Hit The Bid, who will contest Friday’s Group 1 Nunthorpe Stakes.

The four-year-old enjoyed a good winter in Dubai where he won and was placed at Group 2 level, but he hasn’t run since late March.
